We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you place the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us with your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

Note:

Your parcel will be directly delivered to your home only one time or it will send to your local post office then you need to take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. We will inform you immediately once your parcel has been sent out.

Please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping.

RETURN&REFUND

• If there are any problems, please contact us as soon as you received the orders. We will try our best to solve the problems.

All returned items must be put in the original packaging box and a true tracking NO. is required, please specify the reason for the return and your DHgate ID.

• We will refund you the full winning big amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included. Or, you may choose to have a replacement.
• The return shipping fee should be paid by the buyer.
